Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Xactimate and strong foundation in claims handling.
• Active adjuster license or reciprocity eligibility preferred.
• Experience handling field and desk claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and evaluates homeowners property claims from start to finish.
• Confirms facts of loss, determines coverage, and assesses damages.
• Negotiates settlements within assigned authority.
• Manages entire claim lifecycle including supplements, ALE, contents, and personal property losses.
• Works with customers, contractors and partners to ensure accurate handling.
• Recommends process improvements.
