Qualifications

• Experience handling homeowners property claims from start to finish.
• Active adjuster license or reciprocity in applicable states preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims from start to finish.
• Confirm facts of loss, determine coverage, and assess damages.
• Negotiate settlements within assigned authority.
• Manage supplements, ALE, contents, and personal property losses.
• Document all activities and support leadership training and process improvements.
