Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong estimating and analytical skills for complex homeowner claims.
• Experience with farm and ranch claims is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and property claim handling processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust moderately to highly complex residential homeowner claims.
• Manage farm and ranch claims with on-site inspections and virtual handling.
• Negotiate settlements and document activities for complex files.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to training and process improvements.
