Job summary

National General Holdings Corp. is seeking a Field Property Adjuster in the Houston, TX area.

You will investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims from start to finish, confirming facts, determining coverage, and negotiating settlements with customers and contractors. The ideal candidate has strong Xactimate skills, field and desk claims experience, and holds an active adjuster license or has reciprocity.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license preferred or license eligible for reciprocity.
• Experience in field and desk claims handling.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims from start to finish.
• Confirm facts of loss, determine coverage and negotiate settlements.
• Manage supplements, ALE, contents and full claim ownership.
• Communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and partners throughout the process.
