Job summary

Vaco Atlanta is seeking a Field Operations Recruiter to fill a CONTRACT position (up to 6 months). Although this position is remote, candidates who live in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, South Carolina and Florida are preferred since some travel to various locations may be needed.

The role involves full-cycle recruiting for corporate and Field Operations, collaborating with regional hiring managers, and managing up to 40 open requisitions with a high level of candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines, including Corporate.
• Experience working in an ATS system, esp. Avature, is REQUIRED.
• Experience recruiting for Operations, Manufacturing, field-based, or other fast-paced environments is REQUIRED.
• Must possess strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must have strong sourcing skills.
• Must be comfortable managing high-volume recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting (sourcing through offer) for corporate and Field Operations positions (plant leaders, site managers, supervisors, and technical).
• Work closely with Hiring Managers in different regions to understand hiring needs.
• Manage up to 40 open requisitions while maintaining "+white glove" experience for candidates.
• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with the leadership team.
• Identify areas of improvement within recruiting processes.
• Prioritize critical needs and provide regular updates to team.
