Job summary

Vaco is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across production, warehouse, distribution, and operations teams. You will partner with plant leadership and hiring managers to attract talent in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong workforce across multiple sites.

2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments preferred.
Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and operations-focused positions.
Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, networking events, and other recruiting channels.
Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding activities, and pre-employment processes.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and seasonal hiring needs.
Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to leadership.
Support employer branding and local recruiting initiatives.
