Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking two Talent Acquisition Specialists for contract-to-hire roles to support a high-volume environment with 300+ open requisitions. You will own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer, sourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms, and building a proactive talent pipeline.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration with hiring managers to meet timelines across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
• High-volume recruiting experience.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Experience with an ATS.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from intake through offer stage.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data in ATS.
• Manage a high-volume requisition workload while delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruiting team members and stakeholders to meet hiring goals and timelines.
• Support recruiting efforts across multiple functions and organizational levels.
