Job summary

Visium Resources has been identified to fill a Recruiter position on a contract basis with a Hybrid schedule in Georgia. The role focuses on high-volume recruiting and requires weekly travel to facilities across three locations, with training in Orlando during the first week at company expense.

Expect partnerships with leadership, candidate assessments, and offers management. The assignment is for 3+ months with a possibility to convert to direct employment.

Job description

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Recruiter position. This position is a contract opportunity which is expected to be Hybrid (GA) for a duration of 3+ months, with a possibility to go direct.

Training Will Be in Orlando the First Week - Expenses Will Be Paid.

Required: Weekly visits to one hospital every week is required. Ideally, we residing within 30 minutes of either Rome or Calhoun, GA due to the level of travel to our facilities.

Job Description

With the focus specifically on recruiting for high-volume roles, this individual would need strong communication and listening skills, as well as be highly organized and a critical thinker, since they'll be partnering closely with our client's leadership across three Georgia locations.

• Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
• Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
• Assesses candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ensures behavioral assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet client competencies.
• Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary.
• Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system. Other duties as assigned.
