Ladders is seeking a Field Medical Excellence & Operations leader to shape the operational backbone of the field medical function in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will establish clear standards, scalable processes, and tools to enable compliant field execution and robust insight generation across portfolios.

In this remote-first role (US-based), you will collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to support launch readiness, training, and performance tracking,

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Field Medical, or Medical Operations, including support of field teams.
• Experience in medical affairs program development, scientific communication, and product launch execution.
• Oncology and/or RLT/RPT experience highly desirable; launch and capability-building experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills, with a focus on independent execution.
• Ability to leverage AI for program and portfolio performance enhancement.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute Field Medical Excellence strategy aligned with Medical Affairs priorities and portfolio objectives.
• Define standards and best practices for compliant field execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Own core field medical operations, including CRM, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate field insight collection and analysis to inform medical strategy and decision-making.
• Enable launch readiness through operational plans and training resources.
• Support onboarding and training for field medical teams, including MSLs.
• Provide operational leadership for scientific congresses and advisory boards.
