Science 37 is seeking a Field Nursing Operations Manager for the Northeast, a fully remote, travel-heavy role responsible for oversight of nursing activities across the region. The manager will supervise per diem nurses, ensure participant safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver study protocols in decentralized trial settings.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with licensure (RN).
• Minimum 5+ years clinical/research experience preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and travel up to 60%.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing activities in the assigned Northeast region.
• Coordinate with per diem mobile nurses and other departments.
• Ensure participant safety and HIPAA compliance in home/clinic settings.
• Provide study-specific training and resources for nursing staff.
• Maintain data quality and timely entry in the Science 37 platform.
