Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field management, retail operations, sales leadership, or related role.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory.
• Proven coaching, motivating, and developing field-based teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Brand Ambassadors.
• Conduct regular field visits and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement coaching plans and corrective actions to drive results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tobacco marketing regulations.
