Job summary

JM Services and Consulting, LLC is seeking a Remote Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of a remote team. This full-time role involves developing efficient processes, guiding remote staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies, with occasional travel to our Santa Fe Springs, CA headquarters.

You will partner with leadership to establish goals, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management.
• Experience managing remote teams preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our remote team and monitor productivity.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency of the remote team.
• Collaborate with management to set goals and align operations.
• Communicate and enforce policies to remote employees.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for remote staff.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to track performance of the remote team.
• Identify areas for improvement and make operational recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Occasionally travel to our headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
