Job summary

Chervon North America Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage training, merchandising and execution with strategic retail partners across the US territory.

You will drive sales and brand awareness through consultative selling, demonstrations and targeted events. The role requires building relationships with retailers, planning in-store programs, and delivering product training to staff while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work some nights and weekends; valid driver's license for travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon products across the retail environment.
• Ensure products are merchandised to effectively drive sales at partner stores.
• Develop in-store product training and demonstrations for retail associates.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and provide recommendations to drive performance.
