Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage and execute retail-partner programs across the US territory.

You will train store staff, merchandise products, and drive brand awareness through demonstrations and consultative selling. The role requires building strong relationships with retailers and consumers, analyzing sales data, and traveling within the territory, including overnight trips.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or in progress in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to develop relationships and work cross functionally.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with presenting and training.
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends and travel as needed.
• Ability to lift and move heavy tools up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners while educating them on Chervon branded products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure products are merchandised to drive sales in partner stores.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, partners and internal teams.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and recommend strategies to boost sales.
• Lead in-store product training with retail staff and conduct store walks.
