Job summary

Chervon North America Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage daily retail partner activities, train staff, merchandise displays, and drive brand awareness. You will build relationships with retailers and consumers while achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.

The role requires a Marketing-related degree, strong relationship skills and the ability to travel up to 30% with some international trips. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of pending graduation or holding a bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business degree.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft products including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy tools over 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license as travel will be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Execute top-of-line sales and service to retail partners and consumers while educating them on Chervon branded products.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon product across the retail environment.
• Ensure Chervon products within retail partners are merchandised to effectively drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal associates.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and provide recommendations to drive sales at stores.
• Initiate in-store product training with retail associates and develop store walks.
