Job summary

Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to manage daily field activities for strategic retail partners and to drive brand awareness through training, demonstrations, and merchandising.

The role will be based in the United States with territory responsibilities that include travel up to 30% and some international exposure. You will train retail staff on Chervon products, build strong relationships with partners and customers, and analyze weekly sales to refine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field activities with strategic retail partners.
• Train and develop champions of Chervon products across the retail environment.
• Educate retail partners and customers on Chervon products and industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumers, retail partners and internal teams.
• Monitor weekly/monthly sales and propose strategies to drive in-store sales.
• Initiate and execute in-store product training with retail associates.
• Develop and execute creative demonstrations and store walks to drive sales.
