GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for a field-based, nationwide US role covering MN, IA, SD, MO, IL, WI, MT, WY, ND, NE, KS. You will translate HIT insights into opportunities, align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows, and support HIT-enabled tools across health systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams.
• Experience in Oncology, Respiratory, Infectious Diseases, or related areas.
• Experience with multiple EHR platforms and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality measures and interoperability.
• Project and change management experience including EHR adoption and end-user enablement.
• Epic or major EHR vendor certification or RHIA/RHIT/CPHIMS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer workflows and identify compliant opportunities to improve patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, privacy, security, and governance decisions.
