Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in healthcare settings.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT.
• Epic or major EHR certification or RHIA/RHIT/CPHIMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights and barriers to identify opportunities for improved patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, and measurement resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks and trends with internal partners.
• Coordinate with Market Access and other units to ensure governance and compliance in implementation decisions.
