Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for field-based roles across multiple states. You will partner with health systems to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and customer needs, focusing on EHRs and digital solutions to improve patient identification and care coordination.

In this role you will educate customers on approved tools, contribute HIT expertise to account planning, and ensure governance aligns with policies and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in healthcare settings.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience with EHR products, CDS, patient identification, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs, workflows, and technology environments.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities to improve patient identification and care coordination.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Serve as a HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and providing field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions while adhering to policies.
