Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for a field-based role covering FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, KY, IN, and AL. You will align HIT resources with customer needs, workflows, and technology environments, including EHR platforms, to improve patient identification and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, or iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights and trends.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating support and providing field input on scalable tools.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions while following GSK policies and compliance requirements.
