Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access for a field-based, multi-state role. You will partner with health systems to align HIT resources with clinical workflows, governance, and patient data insights.

Demonstrated experience with EHR platforms and HIT strategies is essential. You will educate customers on HIT resources, contribute to account planning, and ensure implementation decisions align with policy and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years healthcare/pharma industry experience.
2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in care environments.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT with customer needs and workflows.
Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for care improvement.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools and resources and support evaluation for potential use.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights and risks.
