Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare/pharma experience.
• Minimum 2 years health informatics/EHR roles in hospital/clinic.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience with EHR products and governance.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities that may improve patient identification, care delivery, coordination, and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing relevant insights, risks, opportunities, and health IT trends with internal partners.
• Serve as a HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK business units, coordinating customer support and providing field input on scalable tools and resources.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions while working within GSK policies and applicable Legal and Compliance requirements.
