Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Field Engineer/Supervisor for high‑voltage GIS installations across North America. You will lead field teams, supervise subcontractors, and serve as the main technical interface with customers on complex projects from 69 kV to 800 kV.

You will adapt European documentation for North American requirements, oversee safety and quality, and mentor field staff while coordinating with customers, contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on field experience with GIS 69 kV–800 kV installations.
• Experience supervising high‑voltage field work and commissioning activities.
• Strong understanding of European and North American substation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and subcontractors on GIS projects from 69 kV to 800 kV.
• Coordinate resources and site activities to ensure efficient execution.
• Be the primary technical and operational customer interface at project sites.
• Review and adapt engineering documentation for NA standards (IEEE/ANSI/NEC).
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians and share best practices.
