Job summary

Hitachi Energy in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager for high voltage GIS substations. You will lead service projects from handover through execution, coordinating with sales, field operations, and customers to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

You will supervise documentation, scheduling, resource alignment, and oversee material deliveries and contractor activities while supporting installation, commissioning, and energization to meet technical requirements and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience installing/commissioning large GIS substation projects.
Proficiency with SAP modules (Fiori/Cockpit) and field service coordination.

Responsibilities

Manage high voltage GIS service projects from handover to invoicing.
Coordinate between sales, field operations and customers; oversee scheduling and documentation.
Oversee material deliveries, field service timelines, and contractor activities.
Support installation, commissioning and energization in line with requirements and agreements.
Ensure project documentation and financial processes are completed; manage invoicing and AR follow-up.
Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
