Job summary

Hitachi Energy in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high voltage service projects from handover to invoicing. You will coordinate between sales, field operations and customers, manage documentation, scheduling and resources, and support GIS substation installation activities.

You will oversee material deliveries, field service timelines, contractor activities, and ensure documentation and financial processes are completed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience with installation and commissioning of GIS substations.
• Knowledge of high voltage products and services.
• SAP experience including Fiori and Cockpit modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage high voltage service projects from order handover through invoicing.
• Coordinate between sales, field operations and customers.
• Oversee project documentation, scheduling, and resources.
• Support installation activities for GIS substations.
• Coordinate material delivery, field service timelines and contractor activities.
• Maintain communication with customers on progress, scheduling and closeout.
• Ensure project documentation and financial processes.
• Contribute to reliable grid operations through installation, commissioning and energization.
