Electric Power Systems is seeking a Senior Field Technician to lead crews in testing, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage equipment across diverse facilities in North America. You will interface with customers, engineers, and project managers to ensure safe, efficient execution of complex projects.

The role emphasizes advanced technical leadership, field coordination, and hands-on problem solving, with travel as needed and a strong commitment to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel out of town.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, inspection, maintenance and commissioning of high, medium and low voltage equipment.
• Oversee field crews and interface with customers and engineering teams.
• Develop testing plans, procedures, and work scopes for electrical systems.
• Prepare reports detailing testing, repairs and system performance.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers and project managers.
