Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to manage on-site and cloud-based configurations for Emergency Call Handling solutions. This role involves testing, cutover, and post-cut support across on-premise and cloud environments.

The position is remote with substantial travel (roughly 75%), including US and international locations. Strong knowledge of virtualization, network, and telephony systems is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• Experience with deploying or integrating complex IP products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions (hybrid cloud and SaaS).
• Performs site verification testing before production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Provides post-cut support during deployment.
