Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Remote ECH Field Engineer to configure and support Emergency Call Handling deployments across on-premise and cloud environments, reporting to the ECH Field Engineer Manager.

This role requires strong technical skills in cloud and network services, a DIY mindset, and the ability to work independently with remote guidance, while traveling up to 75% across the US and internationally.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• ~3+ years in deployment/integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications and network/security knowledge (e.g., AWS, Security+).

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for all supported ECH solutions (hybrid cloud and SaaS).
• Conducts site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Provides customer and channel partner support during deployment.
