Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Remote ECH Field Engineer to deploy and support Emergency Call Handling solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. You will verify sites, configure connectivity, and work with customers and partners to ensure smooth production cutovers.

The role requires 3+ years in deployment/integration of IP products, cloud experience, and strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers. Up to 75% travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying or integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner).
• CompTIA Network+ AND Security+.
• Experience with cloud-based application troubleshooting (connectivity, latency, SSO/Active Directory).
• Experience with Windows Server and SQL Server deployments (2012-2022).
• Telephony knowledge related to analog lines and PRI.

Responsibilities

• Configures and troubleshoots ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS apps.
• Performs site verification testing prior to production cut.
• Configures connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Provides support to customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Documents changes to cloud tenants and API integrations during deployment.
• Ensures installation/quality issues are resolved timely.
• Participates in MOP development for cloud migrations and upgrades.
• Participates in pre-contract presentations and negotiations.
