Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Remote ECH Field Engineer to lead deployment and integration of Emergency Call Handling solutions across sites in the US and abroad. The role emphasizes on-site verification, cloud connectivity, and post-cut support, with substantial travel requirements.

You will work with customers and partners to implement hybrid cloud and SaaS ECH systems, document changes, and ensure high-quality deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of deployment or integration experience for complex IP products and systems.
• Experience with cloud-based troubleshooting including connectivity and identity management (SSO/AD).

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS apps.
• Site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local site infra and cloud environments.
• Supports customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Documents changes including cloud tenant configurations and API integrations.
• Ensures timely resolution of installation/quality issues.
• Contributes to MOP development for cloud migrations and upgrades.
• Participates in pre-contract presentations and negotiations.
• Maintains expertise in emerging cloud-native public safety technologies.
