Motorola Solutions is seeking a remote ECH Field Engineer to lead deployment and integration of Emergency Call Handling solutions across US sites. You will configure, test, and certify hybrid cloud and on-prem environments, collaborating with customers and partners to secure smooth production cutovers.

Travel up to 75% within the US and internationally is required. Strong cloud, virtualization, and networking expertise, plus telephony and AD basics, are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in deployment or integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Experience with cloud-based application troubleshooting, including connectivity and identity management (SSO/AD).
• Experience with installation, administration, and troubleshooting of: Server Virtualization (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V).
• Database Servers, specifically Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2/2012/2016/2022.
• Server and Workstation OSs: Windows Server 2012/2016/2022; Windows 10/11.
• Knowledge of network devices and security appliances (Fortinet FortiGate, Cisco IOS).
• Telephony knowledge related to analog lines and PRI; basic Active Directory know-how.
• Ability to work independently and manage time within deployment projects.

Responsabilidades

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS apps.
• Conducts site verification testing before production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local infra and cloud environments.
• Provides support to customers and partners during deployment.
• Documents changes to cloud tenants and API integrations during implementation.
• Resolves installation/quality issues promptly.
• Assists in developing MOPs for cloud migrations and upgrades.
• Participates in pre-contract presentations and customer negotiations.
• Maintains skills in emerging cloud-native public safety technologies.
