Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to lead deployments, configuration, and testing of ECH solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. The role is remote in the US with extensive travel, supporting customers and partners through the deployment lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering/technical roles, cloud and virtualization experience, and strong IT skills including Windows, AD, and networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• 5+ years in engineering/technical environments.
• Cloud certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions on-premise and cloud
• Integrate cloud and local infrastructure for hybrid deployments
• Troubleshoot connectivity between site and cloud environments
• Support customers and channel partners during deployment
• Document changes to cloud tenants and API integrations
• Develop procedures for cloud migrations and upgrades
• Travel 50–75% for US and international sites
