Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to lead on‑premise and cloud deployments, with over 75% travel. You will configure, test, and support ECH solutions across hybrid cloud and SaaS platforms, coordinating with customers and partners to ensure smooth production cutovers and ongoing operations.

The role demands strong knowledge of IP deployment, cloud integrations, and security clearances, with travel across the US and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• 3+ years in deployment or integration of complex IP products and systems.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain necessary security clearance for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot ECH solutions (hybrid cloud and SaaS).
• Perform site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configure connectivity between on‑premise infra and cloud environments.
• Provide customer and partner support during deployment.
• Document changes to cloud tenants and API integrations during deployment.
