Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to oversee configuration, verification testing, and production cutovers for on-premise and cloud ECH solutions. You will work closely with the ECH Field Engineer Manager and travel extensively across the US.

The role requires a technical background in engineering/IT, cloud certifications, and experience with Windows/Linux, networking, SIP, AD, and virtualization. A US passport and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Cloud certifications and security fundamentals validated by certifications.
• Strong networking, virtualization, and server administration knowledge.
• Experience with public safety deployments and integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Support site cutovers and post-cutover activities for deployments.
• Document changes, API integrations, and cloud tenant configurations.
