Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer to implement on-premise and cloud-hosted ECH solutions across U.S. sites.

Remote work allowed with extensive travel and hands-on system configuration, testing, and post-cut support. You will configure, verify, and troubleshoot cloud and local connectivity, document changes, and collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

Deployment experience in complex IP products and systems.
Experience with cloud-based applications and connectivity.
Telephony knowledge related to analog lines and PRI troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Performs system configuration for ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS.
Performs site verification testing prior to production cut.
Configures connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
Provides deployment support to customers and partners.
Documents changes to cloud tenant configurations and APIs during deployment.
