Job summary

Axon is seeking a remote-based Pre-Sales Engineer to drive masterful demonstrations and technical conversations. You will engage CIOs, channel partners, and IT leadership to articulate how Dedrone/Axon solutions meet security and safety objectives.

You will own pre-sales cycles, tailor POCs, and support RFP/RFI responses while coordinating across product, sales, and engineering teams. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

3-5 years customer facing pre-sales or consulting background required.
Experience selling SaaS based solutions.
Educational background as stated: Associates degree or 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Achieve mastery of all Dedrone/Axon technology.
Lead business and technical presentations with CIOs and partners.
Coordinate pre-sales activities and manage expectations with customers.
Support pre-sales cycles with professional responses to RFPs/RFIs.
Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for professional services.
Travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites.
