Job summary

Moss is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to partner with project leadership and hiring managers to proactively identify workforce needs across solar utility-scale projects. You will develop strategies to attract, source, screen, and coordinate skilled craft and hourly labor talent while promoting Moss’s culture and opportunities.

The ideal candidate excels in relationship-building, sourcing, and delivering a positive candidate experience, with willingness to travel to project sites and events

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple project sites.
• Proficient sourcing across job boards, social channels, referrals, and networking.
• Ability to engage and qualify candidates, screen effectively, and manage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active pipelines for craft and hourly labor across project sites.
• Partner with project leadership to align workforce plans, job requirements, and hiring forecasts.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach (phone/text/email).
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and career opportunities to candidates.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans using local labor trends and demographics.
• Establish relationships with workforce centers, trade schools, and community partners to boost recruitment.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and move candidates through the process.
• Coordinate candidate movement and ensure a positive, seamless experience during hiring.
