Moss is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to partner with project leadership and hiring managers across solar utility-scale projects. You will develop recruiting strategies, source, screen, and coordinate skilled craft and hourly labor talent in multiple markets to support project staffing.

The role emphasizes relationship-driven recruiting, strong sourcing, and delivering a positive candidate experience while traveling 50–70% to project sites and recruiting events.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active pipelines for craft and hourly workers across project sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, forecasts, and local labor conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and opportunities to candidates.
• Create market-specific recruiting plans based on local demographics and labor trends.
• Establish relationships with workforce centers, trade schools, and community partners to boost recruitment.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate movement through hiring processes.
• Organize and participate in hiring events, career fairs, and project-site recruiting activities.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and talent communities for future staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to share market intelligence and best practices.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain timely communications with candidates and stakeholders.
