• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites, events, and activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active pipelines for craft and hourly roles across project sites.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and local labor market conditions.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and career opportunities to candidates.
• Organize hiring events, career fairs, and site recruiting activities to build pipelines.
