Moss is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to partner with project leadership and hiring managers across multiple solar utility-scale projects. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating skilled craft and hourly labor talent to meet staffing needs.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven with strong sourcing skills and a passion for field recruiting, capable of building pipelines in diverse markets and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and workforce recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple channels.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, and community partners.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines for craft and hourly labor across project sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and local labor markets.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and opportunities to candidates.
• Coordinate candidate movement and ensure a positive candidate experience.
