Moss is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to support solar and renewable-energy projects across the United States. This role partners with project leadership to proactively identify current and future workforce needs and to build talent pipelines for craft and hourly roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and workforce recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple channels.
• Ability to build relationships with field leadership, hiring managers, community partners, and candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and recruiting events.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, skilled trades, or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to build active talent pipelines across project sites.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and local labor market conditions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Moss's employer brand and communicate culture, benefits, and opportunities.
• Organize and participate in hiring events and community outreach.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and coordinate movement through hiring process.
• Track recruiting activity and communicate regularly with candidates and stakeholders.
