Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the deployment of network, hardware, and software for the Interview Room. This is a post-sale, customer-facing role with up to 80% travel within the United States, reporting to the Manager, Interview Room.

You will coordinate installations, train customers and staff, and develop installation diagrams to ensure an excellent total experience for law enforcement and agency partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with leading installations of networks, cameras, microphones and touch panels.
• Ability to coordinate 3rd party installers and maintain installation progress reports.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage installations to ensure efficiency and speed, delivering a great customer experience.
• Ensure 3rd party installers and Interview Room customers are updated on installation status through daily reports and standups.
• With minimal supervision, deploy hardware and software solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Develop installation diagrams and thorough documentation for the implemented solution.
• Engage with technology decision-makers after the sale to ensure alignment and value.
• Conduct training sessions for technical and non-technical staff on the Axon Interview solution.
