Job summary

Vertafore is seeking a Field Customer Consultant to work with the largest agencies nationwide. You will partner with Sales and Professional Services to drive adoption, demonstrate product value, and identify optimization opportunities across agency, MGA and carrier operations.

You will communicate effectively with executives and end-users alike, ensuring successful implementations and customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Technical skills including Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of insurance agency, MGA and carrier operations.
• Able to perform in high stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to maximize value from Vertafore solutions.
• Partner with Sales and Professional Services to support large agencies nationwide.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate optimization plans.
• Demonstrate product capability for sales opportunities and adoption.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Marketing, Product and Services teams.
• Ensure smooth handoff to post-sales activities for successful implementations.
