Job summary

Vertafore, the backbone of the insurance industry, seeks a Field Customer Consultant to partner with sales and professional services. You will work with large agencies across the country, applying deep Vertafore product knowledge to optimize implementation and drive value.

You will consult across agency operations, commercial and personal lines, and finance to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure customers gain maximum value from Vertafore solutions. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Vertafore’s agency suite of solutions.
• Ability to stay current with new product releases.
• Strong communication across executive to end-user levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Inside, Field, and Enterprise customers in the agency, MGA and carrier insurance industry.
• Partner with Sales and Professional Services to work with the largest agencies nationwide.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and execute optimization plans.
• Demonstrate product capability for sales opportunities and adoption.
