Job summary

Vertafore in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant on the Professional Services team to lead SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live. You will configure systems, perform data conversion, deliver training, and advise on business processes to maximize the software value.

You will work closely with customers, project teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into configurable solutions, ensuring alignment with PS goals while delivering high-quality results and timely,

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Consultant in the MGA insurance industry.
• 5+ years in a Professional Services organization.
• Strong knowledge of insurance business practices and structure.
• Experience with enterprise customers.
• Knowledge of insurance accounting practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to user acceptance testing, training, and delivery.
• Perform data conversion tasks and develop project deliverables.
• Configure and implement SaaS based software for customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to incorporate customer feedback into roadmaps and prioritization.
• Write statements of work (SOWs) and participate in scoping calls and estimation.
