Job summary

Vertafore seeks a Technical Consultant to deliver tailored implementations for insurance clients. You will install, configure, and deploy software, work across Customer Support, Account Management, and Professional Services teams, and ensure successful project outcomes.

You will troubleshoot issues, document procedures, and provide best-practice guidance during deployment and post-deployment activities, including occasional weekend work for production support.

• Participate in scheduled weekend and after-hours work to support deployments and critical events.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership through resolution.

As a Technical Consultant at Vertafore, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering value to our clients by implementing technical configurations and offering tailored solutions to their business challenges. • Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers during implementation and post-deployment activities.
• Participate in scheduled weekend and after-hours work to support production implementations, upgrades, and critical customer events.
• Escalate complex technical issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution.
