Job summary

Vertafore, headquartered in Denver, CO, seeks a Senior Consultant for the Professional Services team. You will lead complex SaaS implementations for MGA clients, gathering requirements, configuring systems, performing data conversions, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives.

Ideal candidates have deep insurance industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and a track record in delivering enterprise software projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Consultant in the MGA insurance industry.
• 5+ years of experience in a Professional Services organization.
• Strong knowledge of insurance business practices and policy administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation efforts for complex projects, including requirement gathering and documentation.
• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise SaaS implementations from kickoff to user acceptance testing and training.
• Execute data conversion tasks and provide configuration consulting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align feedback with roadmap and prioritization.
• Write statements of work (SOWs) and contribute to project scoping and estimation.
