Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) in Melbourne, FL to coordinate treatment plans for injured workers. This full-time field role travels locally to attend in-person appointments, with remote work when not traveling.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate effectively with physicians, employers, and customers; work independently; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled workers.
• Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Assess recovery and adjust goals based on progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and attend in-person appointments as required.
• Provide status updates and assist with submittals to customers.
