Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager to support injured workers in Denver with travel to in-person appointments. This is a full-time, work-from-home role with regular travel. You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to design treatment plans, monitor progress, and enable an early return to work.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing required.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• URAC CCM/CDMS/CDR N or related case-management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient treatment plans with physicians.
• Attend in-person appointments when required.
• Update status reports for customers and stakeholders.
• Manage caseload and prioritize cases to achieve timely recoveries.
