Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) to collaborate with physicians, employers and patients to design and implement treatment plans that return injured workers to productive work. This full-time hybrid role requires local travel in the Philadelphia area for in-person appointments and coordinating care across providers.

You will manage cases independently, advocate for cost-effective services, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation exposure valued.
• Certifications/ Licenses: Active RN license; URAC-case management certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create tailored treatment plans.
• Advise on injury types, medications, comorbidities, and job duties for early return to work.
• Interview patients to assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Manage workload independently and provide status updates to customers.
